As a husband and wife duo with a passion for the hospitality industry, we understand the challenges of busy family life.  Our mission is to provide wholesome and delicious meals that make family dinners and catering for your family events enjoyable and effortless. Let us take the stress out of meal prep, allowing you to savor quality time with your loved ones while we handle the cooking for you.

MEET

Eddie is the creative force behind Finom Catering, bringing years of fine dining expertise to the table. Starting his apprenticeship in 1997 under the guidance of renowned chefs like Andrew Blake.

 

Eddie has honed his skills across various culinary settings. From owning a successful restaurant in East Malvern in the early - mid-2000s, to holding  head chef positions in some of Melbourne's finest establishments.  

 

His diverse experience spans from fine/formal dining, gastro pubs, and upscale cafes.

 

Eddie’s passion for exceptional cuisine is evident in every dish he prepares with a wide range of Modern Australian, Asian and European influence.

Mary has been a dedicated professional in the hospitality industry since the late 90s, accumulating invaluable experience in various front-of-house roles.

 

Over the years, she's embraced multiple positions including barista, sandwich hand, cook, waiter, hostess, and front-of-house manager, allowing her to refine her  knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry.
